ABOUT TOMMY

My name is Tom “aka” Tommy, I’m a former British Paratrooper. Whilst serving  I completed Op Herrick 13 in Afghanistan, Secured the 2012 Olympics as well as fighting and coaching  on the 3 Para Boxing team winning the Army Major Units Tournament in 2011 & 2012.

Since leaving the Parachute Regiment I have struggled with my Mental Health as well as alcoholism and addiction. I use physical training and talking to help manage all my symptoms and take great pride in helping others manage their struggles with the same approach with an understanding from past experiences as well as my knowledge and qualifications gained over the years.

Suicide awareness is also very close to my heart in both men and women after losing my Mum to suicide at a young age and  from experiencing my own struggles with mental health. If it wasn’t for physical training and exercise my life would be very different to say the least and I honestly believe if my Mum found physical training and exercise she would have been able to manage her mental health in a more productive and positive way.

I Personally use Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and CrossFit to mange my mental health & physical well-being these days but I’ve used many different styles over the years, Boxing, Trail Running, Mountain Biking to name a few but with over 20 years experience in the Fitness Industry I can create & Personalise any Training program so suit any persons training style along with nutritional guides gaining  best results.

We can talk, we can train & we can turn pain into gains whether it be mental or physical training for quality and longevity of life.

We can take it slow, with a smooth is fast approach with low intensity training building confidence and encouraging rehabilitation.

We can go in hard, fast and aggressive with higher intensity and encourage a ready for anything approach for Sport specific & competition programming.

We can use all of these training styles when best suits at any time creating your very own safe space to train with no pressure or judgement.

All Subscriptions allow up to two people which is perfect for accountability, you get up to 3 weekly PT sessions depending on package which builds routine, Gym program to follow in your own time, a Nutrition guide with support check ins which creates consistency.
